Do you give free estimates?

Yes, all quotations are free with no obligation 

 

Can you supply me with a written quotation? 

Yes, all work quoted for is supplied in writing

 

I would like a new kitchen but only have a limited budget, can you accommodate this? 

Yes, we can work within most budgets and provide a quality finish

 

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we take great pride in our work and we want you to be happy with the results. 

Were that confident we offer a standard 12 month warranty on our workmanship.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, our policy is underwritten by Glenham and covers £2 million public liability indemnity insurance

 

Can you supply recommendations from some of your previous customers?

Yes, we can supply written references from previous customers. We can even offer actual viewings of previous work from satisfied customers, they are willing to let you visit their homes!!

 

Will you be on time?

We know your time is valuable, and we know how frustrating it can be when tradesmen are either late or don't turn up at all. We keep a strict diary system and make every effort to be on time, but we do sometimes get held up in traffic or on a previous job. If for any reason we get delayed by more than 15 minutes, we'll call to let you know.

 

What areas do you cover?

Our Main areas of work are in Herts, Beds and Bucks but were often required to go into boroughs of London.

 

 
Do you do Gas work?

Yes, we have a Gas Safe registered engineer who we bring in as required when, for instance, we're fitting a new kitchen, and need to move or fit a new boiler or gas hob.

 

Do you do work for Landlords, Estate Agents and Letting Agents?

Yes, we carry out pre-let repairs for Letting Agents as well as Landlords. Often a Tenanted property requires ongoing repair and maintenance, and in these cases we can liaise directly with the Tenant or agent.
